About Us
Douglas R. Kerkoch and Stuart D. Katter founded our firm in 1994.
Since that time our firm has been providing quality, personalized
financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. Our
expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services
to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements, and
financial planning.
Our Team
Our mission is to help clients maintain financial viability in
the present while taking an ethical and proactive approach to
achieve future goals. This requires a great degree of open
communication to reach an understanding of our clients' needs,
thorough research, and sound analysis. Our firm is dedicated to
meeting these goals with standards of excellence and professionalism.
Partners
- Douglas R. Kerkoch, CPA -
Doug is a principal in the firm and offers
over 27 years of experience in serving the needs of his clients.
Doug earned his CPA license in 1982. He has a Bachelor of
Science in Business, with a Major in Accounting from Oregon
State University. He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of CPA's.
- Stuart D. Katter, CPA - Stuart is a
principal in the firm and offers over 24 years of experience
serving the needs of his clients. Stuart earned his CPA license
in 1987. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a
Major in Accounting from the University of Oregon. He is a
member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of CPA's.
- Larry E. Nelson, CPA -
Larry Nelson recently became a partner in our firm and offers
over 15 years of experience serving the needs of his clients. He
joined the firm in 2001. Larry earned his CPA license in 1994.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a Major in
Accounting from Portland State University. He is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Oregon Society of CPA's.
Staff
- Christin L. Mancino, Staff Accountant -
Christin joined the firm in 2003. She has a Bachelor of Science
degree in Accounting from Linfield College and is currently
pursuing her CPA Certificate.
- Sonja L. Verbrugge, Staff Accountant -
Sonja joined the firm in 2008 and has acquired a thorough and
diversified understanding of bank management, investments,sales,
and service. She is a Licensed Tax Practitioner (LTP) and is
currently pursuing her LTC licensing along with a degree in
accounting. She is a member of the Oregon Society of Tax
Consultants.
- Tracey L. Walker, Office Manager - Tracey
is the Office Manager, overseeing the day-to-day administrative
functions of the office. She has been with the firm since 2000.
It is her responsibility to ensure that client needs are
met and that all administrative procedures are completed in a timely manner.
